Join the community on Tuesday, November 10 from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, November 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Hyatt Place at Hoopili in Ewa Beach. Whether you are buying your first home, planning to renovate, exploring building an ADU, growing wealth through real estate or taking the next step in your career, you will find guidance tailored to where you are in your journey.
Attendees can learn through free expert-led workshops including Home Renovations, Real Estate Investing, Homebuying 101 and a West Oahu Housing Town Hall with local leaders.
Conversations will cover credit readiness, mortgage preapproval, finding your first investment deal, construction and financing options, and the Nanaikeola Self Help Housing program that helps eligible families build through sweat equity.
