UH Homecoming: Braddahhood and Sistahhood Grindz Braddahhood and Sistahhood Grindz share how nutrition and team experiences support Hawaii Warrior and Wahine athletes.

HONOLULU (HI Now) - Keeping Hawaii’s top athletes home starts with how they are fueled, supported and connected to the community.

Braddahhood and Sistahhood Grindz is home of the Warrior and Wahine NIL nutrition program, built to recruit and retain local talent by investing in their health on and off the field.

Founder Ryan Tanaka joins HI Now Daily with Kallin Spiller of Aloha State Daily to share how food, care and culture come together to uplift the next generation.

Nutrition sits at the center of the program, giving athletes consistent access to meals that support training, recovery and daily life. The team also creates memorable team experiences that build trust, togetherness and pride in representing the islands.

Through BSG Pathways, athletes gain guidance and opportunities that support their growth beyond competition and strengthen their ties to home.
