HONOLULU (HI Now) - Women across Hawaii are shaping the contemporary soundscape through authentic storytelling and creative collaboration.
Wahine Night brings three distinct female voices together to celebrate community, mentorship, and original music. Jenny Yim, Clara Stegall, and Lila Chris share the stage to uplift women in the arts while giving audiences an intimate look into their creative journeys.
All three performers have cultivated their craft through the Henry Kapono Foundation On the Rise program, an initiative dedicated to supporting emerging local talent across the islands. By combining three individual styles, the showcase highlights the diverse expressions of modern island musicians while offering concertgoers an opportunity to support the next generation of creatives.
The live performance takes place on Friday, October 2, 2026, at Kapono’s At The Lounge in the Hawaii Kai Shopping Center, with doors opening at 8 p.m. and music running from 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
