HONOLULU (HI Now) - Growing up in a Cuban family while falling in love with country storytelling inspired Angie Rey to carve out a distinctive musical lane, blending heartfelt lyrics with the vibrant rhythms of her Latin roots.
Rey, who built widespread recognition as a Top 20 artist on NBC’s The Voice alongside coaches Kelsea Ballerini and Michael Bublé, previously competed on American Idol and La Voz Kids before launching her career as an independent live performer.
