HONOLULU (HI Now) - The 5th annual Kailua Fall Festival is happening on Saturday, September 26, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Kailua Town Center along Paani Street and the surrounding parking lot.
Admission is free, offering residents and visitors a lively evening filled with more than 120 local vendors, interactive keiki games, a climbing tower, and community giveaways. Live entertainment anchors the celebration with free performances by Last Minute, Big Every Time, Peni Dean, and Three Plus.
The festival also provides a vital platform for homegrown entrepreneurs to connect directly with families. Ruby and PJ Pajimula of Teddy Bear Mobile Hawaii bring an interactive plushie experience, allowing children to build customized stuffed animals with recorded personal messages.
Kai’s Coolers, a Native Hawaiian owned mobile beverage venture founded by Tiare Kaleiwahea, serves handcrafted dirty sodas, tropical refreshers, and energy drinks while sharing Olelo Hawaii through specialty drink names like Leahi Lush and Buttah Pia.
Attendees can plan ahead with parking available at Kainalu Elementary School as a school fundraiser, supported by a trolley shuttle service. Guests aged 21 and over can access the free bar garden or explore upgraded festival experiences, including a party bus crawl across nine Kailua bars and VIP stage access with commemorative steins.
