HONOLULU (HI Now) - New stores at Ala Moana Center are giving locals and visitors more reasons to make a day of it, with fresh shopping and food stops that feel rooted in Hawaii. We’re checking out three new stores which will be an addition to Ala Moana, known as the biggest outdoor mall in the world.

First up is the newly remodeled Gap Ala Moana, where the refresh is more than a facelift. It’s a chance to pick up everyday staples while also spotting Hawaii only pieces like the Gap Arch Hoodie, Graphic Tee, and Logo Tote, a simple way to wear home or bring it back with you. Store manager Desmarie Carranza shares what’s new in the space and what makes the island collection stand out for shoppers who want something you can’t grab anywhere else.

Then, Gorjana officially enters the Hawaii market with its first ever storefront in Honolulu’s Ala Moana Center, making it easier to shop in person for gifts that feel personal. Store manager Alaina Heater walks us through a lineup that leans trend forward but stays timeless, with complimentary gift wrapping and in store stylists to help you find pieces you will actually keep wearing. With back to school season around the corner, the spotlight is on jewelry that lasts, including initial necklaces, birthstones, and stackable classics that can move from campus to everything after.

To round out the plan ahead lineup, Aliʻi Coffee Co. is now open at Ala Moana Center on Street Level 1 in the ʻEwa Wing, serving locally roasted coffee that is always fresh, plus a made to order food menu. Co owner Will Gold highlights pour over options featuring 100 percent Kona, Kaʻū, and other locally sourced beans brewed when you order, a small ritual that turns a quick stop into something worth savoring.
