Chef Randy cooks Shrimp + Scallop Spaghettini and Aburi Salmon Sushi on air, with Steak + Sushi, a showstopping seafood tower, and the Tomahawk maple‑glazed Pork Chop on display.
The cocktail program shines with fresh‑squeezed, 100% agave margaritas (classic lime, guava, Don Julio Reserve), crowd‑favorite martinis (strawberry cosmo, espresso martini), and a must‑try Mai Tai made with local Kuleana Nanea rum.
