HONOLULU (HI Now) - Earls Kitchen + Bar celebrates its first Hawai‘i location in the heart of Waikīkī on Kalākaua Avenue, led by Regional Chef Randy Pena and Regional Manager Braden Matthews. Expect a vibrant, beautifully designed room anchored by a showstopping bar, warm hospitality, and a Modern American menu crafted with premium ingredients. Chef Randy cooks Shrimp + Scallop Spaghettini and Aburi Salmon Sushi on air, with Steak + Sushi, a showstopping seafood tower, and the Tomahawk maple‑glazed Pork Chop on display.

The cocktail program shines with fresh‑squeezed, 100% agave margaritas (classic lime, guava, Don Julio Reserve), crowd‑favorite martinis (strawberry cosmo, espresso martini), and a must‑try Mai Tai made with local Kuleana Nanea rum. Enjoy daily Happy Hour with half‑price cocktails and exclusive bites like Nashville chicken skewers, Late Night Happy Hour starting at 10 pm (a Waikīkī rarity), and Weekend Brunch featuring the Chilaquiles Brunch Bowl, Tomato + Feta Shakshuka, and Guava Pineapple Pancakes. Live music sets the vibe during Happy Hour (2–5 pm). Earls has hired almost 400 team members to welcome you. Find them on the second floor of the iconic Waikīkī sign building.
