HONOLULU (HI Now) - Kualoa Ranch has almost 200 employees dedicated to raising sustainable food sources for the community. Fresh oysters and shrimp, grown in 800 year old Moli’i Fishpond, are a small part of the Kualoa Grown farming operation. Kualoa also is a working cattle ranch with over 600 cows. Other products include pork, sheep, chickens and turkeys, eggs, fish, oysters and shrimp. There are also over 60 other products ranging from fruits and vegetables to cacao and ulu that are being raised and available for sale in the Kualoa Grown market.
