HONOLULU (HI Now) -Chef Chai joins Kainoa and Rachel in the HI Now kitchen to cook up seven dishes that will be featured in his upcoming Special Childhood Thai Menu event. This event which takes place August 28th - 31st promises to transport you around Thailand with food, from North to South.
