Created by TableOne Hospitality, Chef Michael Ocampo, Regional Director of Culinary for the Pacific, has created an epicurean escape in the heart of midtown Honolulu. Offering breakfast, lunch, brunch, happy hour and dinner – guests can indulge in an array of fresh-daily Crudo, Shellfish, Mezze, Market and Grill selections. The vibrant menu can be enjoyed as an intimate dine or with friends and family, and for any occasion. Chef’s creativity is complemented by an elevated beverage program showcasing bespoke cocktails by Phil Collins and Phil Ochoa and a world-class wine list selected by celebrated Hawaii Sommelier, Kale Furuya.
In this Hi Now hour Chef Ocampo gives us a look at the ultimate Mediterranean brunch as we indulge in a fan favorite dish called YUZU PANCAKES with cinnamon syrup and orange blossom-whipped mascarpone. The expansive sweet and savory brunch gets extra buzzy with cocktails like Mama Mia, The French Martini and Bevanda Verde.
