“Mio in Italian means my,” says Executive Chef Dell Valdez. “There was a stigma where certain pastas needed to go with certain sauces before. We should break away from that just a little bit and have the customer choose.”
The concept of Mio Pastalogy is being able to provide homemade, fresh pasta, sauces, and fresh daily ingredients in an easy and quick manner to customers. You have the freedom in choosing how to build your own personal pasta creation or choose from one of Mio Pastalogy’s in house specialty dishes. This creation process is what makes Mio Pastalogy a cut above the rest.
“There’s no right or wrong way at Mio Pastalogy,” Valdez says. “You just come up, check out what we have, build your own.”
Mio Pastalogy produces at least 300 – 400 lbs. of pasta daily. Everything, including its dinner breads, are all house made as well. In just four easy steps, you can make a pasta dish perfect for any craving.
