HONOLULU (HI Now) - All Nippon Airways’ brand-new Green Pokémon Jet officially took to the skies, with Honolulu welcoming the inaugural flight from Tokyo on September 18th.
The specially painted Boeing 787-9 (JA923A) is the second aircraft unveiled in ANA’s 30th Anniversary Special Project with Pokémon, following last month’s Red Pokémon Jet reveal.
The Green Jet will continue to operate on international routes, including Honolulu, from September 18, 2026 through March 27, 2027 — though ANA notes routes can change daily and are only confirmed day-of.
The launch also kicked off Phase 2 of ANA’s Pokémon GO collaboration, with special ANA PokéStops and Gyms appearing at 14 airports across Japan, featuring exclusive Location Backgrounds.
