Local storyteller Cole Mynah stepped into digital content creation after discovering his passion through nonprofit community work. Driven by a desire to keep island history alive for future generations, he gathers authentic narratives directly from family including his parents, kupuna, aunties and uncles before sharing them with a wider audience online.
That dedication to heritage and authentic community connection quickly transformed into a full-time career. Through his company, Small Kine Things, he works closely with local businesses to help them build their own social media strategy, create engaging video content, and strengthen relationships across the community.
Mynah credits mentorship with reshaping his journey, encouraging aspiring creators and keiki across Hawaii to ask for guidance and pursue their creative passions.
