HONOLULU (HI Now) - Ballots began arriving July 21, and voter service centers are open from July 27 through Election Day, creating more chances for neighbors to participate without last minute stress.
Hawaii Chief Election Officer Scott Nago encourages voters to use the free ballot tracking service at elections.hawaii.gov, with email, text, or phone alerts when your ballot is mailed and when your returned ballot is accepted for counting. The digital voter guide on the same site helps voters compare candidates with statements and photos, and remember to sign and return your ballot by 7 p.m. on August 8.
To learn more, sign up, and find drop box or voter service center locations, visit elections.hawaii.gov and follow @elections808 on Instagram or facebook.com/elections808.
