Rockefeller, and now it is celebrating its 60th anniversary with the most extensive transformation in its history. Guests can experience a refreshed sense of relaxation and adventure across the property, from the oceanfront fitness center and adults infinity pool to the Spa at Mauna Kea. The celebration also continues at Hau Tree Cantina, where Chef de Cuisine Miguel Soto highlights a menu inspired by the Mexican vaqueros who helped shape paniolo culture on Hawaiʻi Island.
