ADEZ Steakhouse and Lounge is bringing a modern, high energy experience to Kapahulu where guests can eat, celebrate, sing, and truly “Put Your Mind At Ease.” Located at 829 Kapahulu Avenue, ADEZ is a multi venue destination with three different experiences, making it a fun pick for date night, group celebrations, company outings, or a late night lounge vibe.
Chef Sang Luong is bringing serious flavor and skill to the table with a standout Wagyu Tomahawk. The 40 ounce cut is marinated with chopped garlic, Hawaiian sea salt, freshly ground pepper, thyme, and garlic oil, then sliced and served tableside with a 500 degree hot lava stone. Chef Sang’s background includes years in the Teppanyaki world at Tanaka of Tokyo, Suntory, and Benihana, plus time in Osaka, Japan, where he advanced his craft before returning to Hawaii and launching IRON GRILL HAWAII.
ADEZ also keeps the energy going beyond the plate. Guests can enjoy Tuesday Happy Hour with a DJ downstairs and karaoke upstairs in the Red Room Lounge.
