HONOLULU (HI Now) - There is something special happening in the Hawaii music scene, and Clara Stegall is right at the center of it. The rising singer-songwriter has been turning heads across the islands, earning a nomination for a Na Hoku Hanohano Award for Alternative Album of the Year and landing a coveted spot in the Henry Kapono Foundation’s On The Rise program, which champions the next generation of Hawaii’s musical talent.
Her journey has been one of passion, persistence and a deep connection to the place she calls home. Shaped by her experiences as an artist rooted in Hawaii, Stegall has cultivated a sound that is entirely her own, and audiences are taking notice.
Now, she brings that sound to one of Honolulu’s most iconic stages. On Thursday, May 21, Stegall performs live at Duke’s Waikiki at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Hotel from 7 to 9:30 p.m., and the best part is admission is free on Duke’s Lanai.
