HONOLULU (HI Now) - The Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce is bringing back its beloved Chopsticks & Wine fundraiser in 2026, and HI Now Daily is getting a preview. Event Chair Crystine Ito and Chef-Owner Keaka Lee of Kapa Hale share details about the upcoming event, which features multiple chef stations, a live culinary demonstration and a silent auction. Lee will showcase a dish from Kapa Hale to give viewers a taste of what to expect on the event floor.
