HONOLULU (HI Now) - AARP Hawaii is hosting a series of fraud prevention events across Oʻahu in April in recognition of Fraud Prevention Month. On Saturday, April 18, residents can bring boxes of documents for complimentary shredding to help protect against identity theft. On Monday, April 27, two separate sessions on Oʻahu will teach kupuna about staying safe when using artificial intelligence. On Tuesday, April 28, a webinar will be available to help participants learn how to be smarter and safer online. Registration is required for all events.
