City and County of Honolulu seeks planners for Elderly Affairs Division The City and County of Honolulu is hiring planners and budget analysts for the Elderly Affairs Division with applications due April 4.

HONOLULU (HI Now) - The Department of Community Services supports our community through early childhood resources, job opportunities, affordable housing and shelter support, and services that help people stay active and connected as they grow older.
