Hawaii LGBT Legacy Foundation recognizes Michael Golojuch Jr. as 2026 Vision Without Limits honoree Hawaii LGBT Legacy Foundation honors Michael Golojuch Jr. for 25 years of LGBTQIA+ civil rights advocacy and public policy work in Hawai'i.

HONOLULU (HI Now) - The Hawai’i LGBT Legacy Foundation is recognizing Michael Golojuch Jr. as one of its 2026 Vision Without Limits honorees. Golojuch Jr. is a civil rights activist who has spent more than 25 years working to advance equality, equity and justice for Hawai’i’s LGBTQIA+ community through advocacy, coalition building and public policy efforts.

Over the course of his advocacy, Golojuch Jr. has helped lead efforts to protect and expand nondiscrimination laws, defend access to gender-affirming care, ban conversion therapy, expand keiki access to mental healthcare and establish the Hawai’i State LGBTQ+ Commission.
