HONOLULU (HI Now) - The Hawaiʻi LGBT Legacy Foundation will hold its annual Vision Without Limits fundraising gala on April 2 at the Prince Waikīkī. The event will recognize four honorees for their contributions to the LGBTQIA+ community in Hawaiʻi.
The 2026 Visionary Award honorees are:
- Visionary Business — Peter Hessler and Micah Cabagbag, co-founders of Pono Potions
- Visionary Legacy — Michael Golojuch, Jr., a civil rights activist who has worked on LGBTQIA+ equality, equity and justice issues for more than 25 years
- Visionary Leader — Carla Houser, an advocate working to address youth homelessness through support services for Hawaiʻi’s youth
The gala is the foundation’s largest fundraiser of the year. Proceeds support the organization’s programs, which are free and available year-round to the community.
The Hawaiʻi LGBT Legacy Foundation was founded in 2008. The organization produces Honolulu Pride, hosts the LGBTQ+ Center Honolulu and operates year-round educational programs. Tickets for the April 2 gala are available at HawaiiLGBTLegacyFoundation.com.
