HONOLULU (HI Now) - HomeAid Hawaiʻi partners with the building industry to make deeply affordable housing possible. Through donated land, builder and supplier support, volunteer labor, emergency proclamations, and smart building decisions, we are able to lower costs without sacrificing quality.

At this kauhale, the impact is clear. Donated land alone saved $9.8M. Emergency proclamations removed barriers and saved another $4.9M. Local builders and suppliers contributed more than $330k in discounted labor and materials. Together, those choices allowed us to deliver deeply affordable housing in months instead of years.
