HONOLULU (HI Now) - The annual Hawai‘i Pacific Health Women’s 10K & 5K Fun Run is returning on Sunday, Jan. 25, at Kapi‘olani Park. Registration is open now at HPHWomens10K.org.
There are three ways to register. The easiest method is to register online before 11:59 p.m. HST Thursday, Jan. 22, 2026. You can also mail in your registration form. (Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2026.) The final option is to register in person during packet pickup and on race-day morning. (A $10 late registration fee will be applied.)
The race was founded in 1977 by a group of female runners who decided to create an all-women’s run in Hawai‘i. Today, the event continues to be the only all-female sanctioned race in the state that aims to promote fitness, fun and female empowerment.
The 10K starts at 7 a.m. at Kapi‘olani Park, goes up the scenic route along Diamond Head, makes a loop in Kāhala and returns to Kapi‘olani Park. The 5K Fun Run, which starts at 7:20 a.m., takes a similar but shorter route. There will be volunteers and aid stations along the route.
Awards will be presented to the top three finishers in both races. All participants will receive a commemorative finisher’s medal, official race T-shirt, drawstring bag and a rose.
