Founded by a local surfing family, it emphasizes sourcing ingredients locally and organically. We ensure our coffee not only tastes amazing but also promotes health. Our coffee beans are small-batch locally roasted by Kailua Town Coffee Roasters on the east side of our beautiful island, ensuring freshness and quality.
Our signature offerings include:
- Bee Sting: Made with organic raw honey and organic half and half, designed to balance blood sugar and provide healthy fats.
- Cacao Latte: Uses organic cacao and maple syrup for sweetness, offering critical minerals and antioxidants, along with a natural energy boost.
- Mushroom Latte: Made by the local company Malama Mushrooms, the mushroom latte includes: Lions Mane, Turkey Tail, Chaga, Reishi, Cordyceps, Shiitake, Maitake, Tremella. Mushrooms are good for you due to their nutrient density, antioxidants, potential immune-boosting properties, and positive impacts on heart and digestive health.
- Lavender Matcha: Made with a housemade organic lavender syrup and ceremonial grade matcha. Matcha provides a natural energy boost, improves focus, supports metabolism, supports low blood sugar, is rich in antioxidants, and promotes calm due to its combination of caffeine and L-theanine.
