Aloha in every bite: Discover the sweet joy of Hawaiian Happy Cakes Since 1967, the Original Hawaiian Happy Cakes returns to its roots—made on Oʻahu with pineapple, mac nuts, and coconut.

HONOLULU (HI Now) - The Original Hawaiian Happy Cake is back… and going back to its roots.

Baked since 1967, Hawaiian Happy Cakes started at Kemoʻo Farm and have been a true taste of the islands for generations. Made fresh on Oʻahu, this iconic dessert features pineapple, macadamia nuts, and coconut… capturing Hawaii in every bite.

Today, Hawaiian Happy Cakes is returning to the original 1960s–1970s recipe, using higher-quality, more natural ingredients. Artificial color dyes and fructose syrup have been removed, bringing the cake back to what made it special in the first place… simple, authentic, and rooted in tradition.
