HONOLULU (HI Now) - The Hawai‘i Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (DCR) is championing mental health services for inmates, recognizing it as a top priority alongside medical care.
The DCR is actively seeking caring individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of others, encouraging those with open minds and hearts to consider joining their team.
The DCR recruitment team will be conducting on-the-spot interviews for corrections officers at the Hawai‘i Career Expo on October 29th. They are recruiting for various roles, including nurses, psychologists, and adult corrections officers, with applications available at dcr.hawaii.gov .
