HONOLULU (HI Now) - The 6th Annual Hi Fit Expo, Hawai‘i’s premier celebration of fitness, athletics, and healthy living, returns to the Neal S. Blaisdell Exhibition Hall on Saturday, June 28 and Sunday, June 29, 2025. This year, it’s completely free and open to the public.
The Hi Fit Expo offers a weekend packed with interactive competitions, keiki activities, free workouts, and networking opportunities for aspiring student athletes.
