HONOLULU (HI Now) - For 48 years YWCA O’ahu has taken the lead on recognizing the women in our local community making extraordinary contributions and creating lasting positive impacts.
LeaderLuncheon began in 1977 as one of the first significant local events in Hawaiʻi to shine a spotlight on the impactful contributions of women. Since its establishment, YWCA O’ahu has honored over 200 local women at this event from diverse fields.
In addition to recognizing the achievements of the four women leaders, the 2025 LeaderLuncheon will also commemorate YWCA Oahu’s 125th Anniversary of empowering Hawaii’s women through opportunities for growth, leadership, and transformative change.
Our 2025 honorees include:
- Momi Akimseu, Bank of Hawai’i
