HONOLULU (HI Now) - Hawaiian Vinegar Company in Wahiawa offers a unique tasting experience, much like a winery—but for vinegar! Open Saturdays from 12 to 5 PM, visitors can sip and sample handcrafted, upcycled vinegars that are raw, live, and great for gut health.

Led by Head Vinegar Maker Brandon, the company specializes in double fermentation, turning locally sourced fruit into wine before transforming it into flavorful vinegar. Their commitment to sustainability includes rescuing over 900 gallons of cacao nectar from Mapele Fields to create a one-of-a-kind vinegar.

Right now, they’re celebrating Sakura Season with a limited-edition release honoring Wahiawa’s history—available for a short time only.

Find their small-batch creations in Wahiawa, online, or at select retailers and hotels, including Halekulani, Uncle Paul’s Market, and Local Boy Shop. Visit www.hawaiianvinegarcompany.com to explore more!
