HONOLULU (HI Now) - Ancient Leaf Tea is excited to introduce their new Regenerative Agriculture Tour & Tea Tasting, where visitors can experience firsthand how quality teas and delicious farm-fresh foods begin with healthy soil. Through Korean Natural Farming (KNF) techniques, they cultivate indigenous microbes to nourish our land and enhance the flavors of our crops.
During the tasting, they’ll explore the indicators of quality teas, from the hand-rolled preparation to the evolving flavor profiles with each steep. Guests will get to sample our teas alongside our farm-fresh, freeze-dried fruits and vegetables—even guacamole!
