HONOLULU (HI Now) - As an HKF On the Rise Program artist, Ryan has embraced a journey of community, mentorship, and opportunities. More than just music, the program has provided him with a true ‘ohana—a supportive network that always has his back.
Ryan has had the privilege of learning from Hawaiian music legends like Henry Kapono and Brother Noland. In fact, he recently collaborated with Brother Noland on their song “Country,” a project they worked on during the pandemic.
What’s next? Ryan will be performing this week at Kani Ka Pila at Outrigger Reef and Duke’s at Outrigger Waikiki Beach. He’ll also debut a new song he’s been working on with fellow HKF On the Rise artist Ryan Perez—stay tuned for its upcoming release!
