HONOLULU (HI Now) - YWCA Oahu presents The Bella Project: For the 3rd year in a row, YWCA Oahu announces The Bella Project, an event for all high school youth to obtain free prom dresses for formal school events. On January 31 and February 1, 2025, youth may register to attend and browse gently used, curated prom dresses with a Personal Stylist. Dresses are provided free of charge. The Bella Project empowers youth by breaking down one of the financial barriers to participating in school formal events.
