Curated by esteemed Wagyu chefs from Japan, this exclusive culinary event highlights premium Japan Wagyu, celebrated worldwide for its exceptional tenderness and flavor, paired with authentic Japanese soy sauce and sake. Each evening will feature a unique 8-course menu, with chefs presenting every dish in detail.
Aloun Farms will supply fresh, locally sourced produce to complement the Wagyu, creating a harmonious blend of Japanese excellence and Hawaiʻi’s agricultural richness.
