Jax Wood Fired Pizza, is a family-owned artisan pizza shop on the beautiful North Shore of Oahu, HI. Their story begins with their founder Michelle and her son Jaxon, a HUGE pizza lover. Diagnosed with Autism at the age of 2, Jax inspired Michelle to craft a pizza that was not only delicious but also easily digestible for him. This started her journey to creating the best pizza right here in Haleiwa. In 2019, Michelle decided to share her expertly designed pizza recipe from her backyard with the entire community. Jax pizzas are made with vegan high protein sourdough, local fresh ingredients, and baked on Kiawe wood. Kiawewood, called Hawaiian Mesquite, gives their pizza a sweet and smoky flavor you can only find in Hawaii.
In addition to over 18 pizzas, their menu has farm fresh salads, sandwiches, calzones, & cannolis. Try their specialty greek menu with their greek gyro & salad. Jax is the only place on the North Shore to serve Greek Gyros, and they do it right! For dessert, don’t forget to try their new cannoli trio the “Tour Of Italy” featuring pistachio, chocolate chip, & strawberry cannolis for the colors of the Italian flag.
