HONOLULU (HI Now) - What’s new for Whiskey Smoke 808 in 2025? We’re expanding our salad menu and introducing new sandwich melts, including a Chicken Bacon Ranch Melt paired with afresh Chef Salad featuring house-made bacon, a Tortilla Bowl Taco Salad (that’s a meal in itself), and a delicious Brisket Melt. We’re also placing a strong focus on our a la carte cut station, offering quicker service so you can get exactly what you want, prepared to order.

As we ring in the new year, don’t forget to place your orders for New Year’s Eve Prime Rib! Choose from smoked prime rib (whole or half), served with house-made horseradish cream sauce and a selection of a la carte sides, including smoked BBQ beans, mac n’ cheese, coleslaw, or potato mac. Pre-orders close on Saturday, Dec. 28 at 8 PM, with pickup available on Tuesday, Dec.31 from 10 AM to 2 PM. We also offer family sets and a la carte meats for your convenience.
