HONOLULU (HI Now) - HI Now Daily corespondent Lauren Teruya was live on location at Y. Hata & Co.’s annual Food Show where local restaurants get to connect with vendors. There were 80 vendors at the event showcasing over 8,000 items to local restaurants in Hawaii.
Lauren also met with culinary consultant and Executive Chef, Goran Streng, to talk about The Inspired Chef at ChefZone.
