HONOLULU (HI Now) - FBC Roofing was founded 15 years ago by David Fullmer, Founder and Co-CEO, right here on Oahu. FBC is now the largest residential roofing repair and replacement company on Oahu with operations on the mainland, as well. Their slogan is “Looking Out from Above.”
