HONOLULU (HI Now) - With six solar-powered greenhouses and less than 2 acres of growing space, Sensei Farms is producing over half a million pounds of produce a year. The company has a mission to improve human nutrition and preserve the environment by growing food indoors. It is reimagining agriculture from seed to store to change how people farm and eat for the better. The farm currently grows a variety of leafy greens and mini tomatoes that are sold in grocery stores like Foodland across the Islands.
