In Vietnam, each region is known for its own style of Pho. Typically northern Vietnam uses much more green onion and wider noodles with clear broth, while South Vietnam uses thinner noodles, has bean sprouts and a variety of herbs including Thai basil and coriander. Korea could be also known as the Nation of Soup. People in Korea have developed ways to survive through harsh weather conditions since hundreds of years ago and it shows in our food. Korea has so many different styles noodles and variety of signature dishes that are made with noodles. At Good Chicken, they started their concept with Korean fried chicken which has been very popular amongst many local customers. Then they wanted to expand their menu and feature popular Korean dishes that could cater K-Food cravings for many. They feature their Mandoo Noodles or also known as Kalgooksu. They make their Mandoo by hand and Kimchi Noodle also known as Kimchi Kalgooksu. You can make this noodle soup with seafood, vegetable, or meat. Lastly, Japchea is another signature Korean dish that is already popular here in the US. Koreans usually serve this as side dish also known as banchan.
