HONOLULU (HI Now) - When water thrives, we thrive. This segment discusses statewide issues and help us understand the challenges we need to overcome to protect and manage water in Hawaii. This will help us be better stewards of our natural resources.
When we turn on our taps, we don’t give much thought about the hard-working professionals who ensure we have clean drinking water in our homes. In this segment, we’ll talk with the Hawaii Department of Water Supply about the unique challenges they overcome on a daily basis to keep the water flowing to communities across Hawaii Island.
