HONOLULU (HI Now) - Waikiki SPAM JAM® Festival was founded by the SJ Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation created as a food-and-entertainment festival that appeals to both local residents and Waikiki visitors. It celebrates the community’s love of SPAM® products and gives back to Hawaii’s hungry and needy citizens.
HI Now is joined by La Bettola Chef Natsumi Kawagoe as he cooks SPAM Arabiata and shares more information on the 20th annual Waikiki SPAM JAM!
