HONOLULU (HI Now) - Black Leather Apron was founded in 2015 by Tom & Justin Park. The intimate craft cocktail bar’s menu takes inspiration from local and seasonal ingredients and includes classics, highballs, farm-to-glass concoctions and unique signature drinks. Hawai’i’s largest whisky collection (without a doubt) can also be found here. Cocktails on their menu that feature Kō Hana include the “Royal Kunia”, “Espresso Martini” and the classic “Daiquiri”.
Kahala is Hawaii’s original Aloha Shirt manufacturer since 1936. Their newest collaboration “JP’s Classics” with Bar Leather Apron features 12 signature cocktails and is a celebration of collaboration between Kahala and Black Leather Apron.
