HONOLULU (HI Now) - Beer Lab Hawaii is a brewery founded in Honolulu Hawaii with a focus on creating great beer with constant innovation. We provide Oahu with something that is truly unique, brewed in Hawaii for Hawaii!

The HALL at Pearlridge focuses on great beer and great food! It was created to be a gathering place for the surrounding community and visitors alike. The open space concept and community tables encourage comradery and conversation. A gathering place for all with a full menu serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Breakfast is focused on community. An array of dishes from french toast & loco moco to mimosas & coffee; A relaxed environment for a great morning.

Lunch/Dinner is about sharing - larger portions of food and sharing a great time over beer and cocktails.

As always, a variety of 10 of the freshest locally produced beers straight from the brewery. Grab a crowler or fill your growler when you stop by for a visit!
