HONOLULU (HI Now) - Middle Eats opened in 2021 at the Honolulu farmers market with just Falafels, then had added more items to the menu like the Hibiscus iced tea and Egypt’s national dish, Koshari in the following years. Their goal is to share an authentic middle eastern food experience with the people of Hawaii.
