Wilcox Medical Center on Kauai supports sustainability through projects such as the solar farm, recycling and sourcing local food. HI Now host Rachel Pacarro is joined by Wilcox Medical Center’s Environmental Services Manager, Jason Camat, and Food and Nutrition Director, Robin Lotu, as they share more information on their sustainability initiatives.
