UH Community College provides Hawaii Promise Scholarship to help qualified students afford college

HONOLULU (HI Now) - The Kamaʻāina app is a new application process that takes less than 15-minutes to enroll into a University of Hawai’i Community College. Students who are interested in registering should visit, kamaaina.hawaii.edu.

The University of Hawai’i Community College has also made going to school even more affordable for students through their Hawai’i Promise Scholarship program. This scholarship provides free in-state tuition for qualified University of Hawai’i Community College students who need financial help to pay for college. Hawai’i Promise covers direct education costs—including tuition, fees, and an allowance for books and supplies. To learn more information or to apply, visit hawaii.edu/promise.
