HONOLULU (HI Now) - Adventist Health Castle is investing in a new generation of youth and professionals through their COPE Health Scholars and MBA program.
In order to build a workforce that represents the community, the COPE Health Scholars program recruits directly from the community. The program accepts high school and college age students who will learn about the healthcare field from leaders at the hospital. The application window to apply is in October, with training in November and shifts starting in December. Visit, copehealthscholars.org to learn more about the COPE Health Scholars program.
In addition to COPE Health Scholars, Adventist Health Castle invites health care professionals throughout Oahu to take the next step in growing their careers by joining the hospital’s next MBA in Health Care Management cohort.
