HONOLULU (HI Now) - Hawaii State FCU recently opened its 12th location in Safeway at the Kapahulu Shopping Center! It’s the credit union’s first location in a store, and is full of the great service and state-of-the-art technology that has helped make them one of Hawaii’s largest credit unions. Known for building successful full-service branches in smaller locations, Hawaii State FCU gave HI Now a tour of their newest branch and shared why they saw an opportunity to expand during a time when other financial institutions have been downsizing.
