The mother-daughter duo, Lotus and Lime, were the first to hit the stage, where Kim and Jade Alexis Ryusaki seamlessly weaved Japanese and Hawaiian culture down the runway. Their taiko drum and kendo demonstration left the audience stunned!
Next to hit the stage was Ola Hou Designs representing Hawai’i Island. They showcased modern designs at the fashion show while breathing new life into aloha wear.
